Aux Guérillères
"Aux Guérillères is an homage to the eponymous seminal book by Monique Wittig (1969), one of the most widely read feminist texts of the twentieth century. The epic poem resonates with the mythological figures of the Amazons and transpires sorority. Aux Guérillères is part of the diaristic side of Marie’s practice where she photographs her intimate circle. The image depicts two women embracing with their breasts crushing each other as a soft celebration of queer love."
